About the Role
We’re hiring a Partner Manager to be the face of Strety within the EOS Implementer network and across related BOS communities. This is not a social media gig. This is a high-touch, relationship-focused role where you’ll work directly with Implementers, Pinnacle Business Guides, and other strategic partners to help them succeed with Strety — and tell the story of that success.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EOS Implementers and other BOS professionals
- Help onboard new partners and support their ongoing success with Strety
- Represent Strety at EOS conferences, local events, and community meetups (expect 1-2 trips per month)
- Act as the connective tissue between partners and our product, sales, and support teams
- Gather and share partner feedback to help inform product and marketing strategies
- Support co-marketing efforts and storytelling with top partners
You Might Be a Fit If…
- You’ve worked with or inside an EOS run business (bonus points if you’ve been part of a leadership team)
- You’re a people-person with a high EQ and natural follow-through
- You love building relationships and helping others win
- You’re comfortable juggling Teams calls, in-person meetings, and many conversations all in one day
- You’re organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing your own schedule (we’re remote and async-friendly)
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or B2B software
- Familiarity with CRM tools (we use HubSpot)
- A knack for telling stories or creating case studies from partner success
