Frequently asked questions about Strety pricing
How much does Strety cost?
Strety costs about $13 per user/month in USD (CA$15, AU$17), billed monthly. A 15-person team runs $195/month plus tax. Pricing is per user and the average per-user rate drops as you add people, so the more of your organization you bring into Strety, the less each seat costs. Use the slider above to see your exact number.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. Strety is month-to-month with no contracts, no annual commitment, and no minimum seat count. You can start with your leadership team, add people when you’re ready, and cancel any time without a penalty or an exit conversation.
Does everyone in my company need a paid seat?
No. Strety has a free Observer role, so you can give your whole organization visibility into your EOS tools without paying for every person. Observers can see Rocks, Issues, Measurables, and other items across the spaces they’re given access to, attend and rate meetings, comment, vote on issues, and respond to surveys. They can’t be assigned work or create items — that’s what a paid seat is for.
What counts as a paid user?
Account Owners, Admins, and Members are paid seats — anyone who gets assigned Rocks, To Dos, or Measurables, or who creates and edits work in Strety. Observers and Coaches are free. External Users, for clients and contractors, are billed at the same rate as regular members, and because billing is month-to-month, you only pay for them during the months they’re active.
What happens to our bill when someone leaves?
You stop paying for them. Deactivate a user in Adminland and that seat is no longer billed — their history stays intact, and their open Rocks, To Dos, and Issues can be reassigned, archived, or deleted from the team page.
Are there add-ons or extra fees?
Everything Strety makes is included in the per-user price. EOS tools, Projects, Playbooks, Performance, Surveys, Check-ins, and the full integration library all come with your seats — there’s no premium tier to upgrade into and no per-feature pricing. The only exception is the BrightGauge Software integration, which is billed separately.
Do you offer any discounts for nonprofits?
Yes. Strety offers a 40% discount to 501(c)(3) organizations. We’re proud to support nonprofits on their missions — create your account, then reach out to our team on live chat and we’ll lock in your discount.
Does Strety have a free trial?
Can our EOS Implementer work with us inside Strety?
Yes, and it’s free. Strety has a dedicated Coach role for EOS Implementers and coaches — non-billable, with up to two per account. Coaches get Admin-level permissions by default so they can see across teams, collaborate in every space, and facilitate your meetings. An Admin adds them in Adminland under Coaches with just an email address. We work closely with Implementers and never compete with them.
Is Strety a pure EOS software?
Yes. Strety gives you the EOS tools you want, however you need them. An EOS Pure toggle keeps the guardrails in place if you want the pure experience, or you can customize your setup as much as you like.
Strety also includes tools that go beyond pure EOS — Projects, Performance, and Engagement — because having them live alongside your Rocks and scorecards beats bouncing between four apps. Turn them on when you want them.
What's different about Strety vs. other EOS platforms?
Strety gives you more tools and more integrations for less money than other EOS platforms — and the people behind it are different, too.
We’re a small, self-funded team that knows what running a small business actually feels like, because we’ve built and sold companies before and we’re running one now. It’s called Strety 😊 That’s why our support is human-first and human-only, and why our development team ships at the pace it does. We want you to grow your business calmly and quickly, with the best tools available.
We're a small team. Is Strety worth it at our size?
Yes — and small teams are usually where Strety pays off fastest. At $13 per user/month, a seven-person leadership team runs under $100 a month for meetings, Rocks, scorecards, projects, performance, and surveys in one place. Piecing that together from separate point solutions typically costs closer to $38 per user/month.
Can I use Strety on only one team in my business?
Of course. You can start as small — or as big — as you want. Many customers begin with just their executive or leadership team, find the value overwhelming, and roll Strety out to the rest of the organization from there. Whether you start with 10 people or 100, we’re determined to make it transformative for your business.
What if we're not sure we'll stick with EOS?
That’s fine — Strety works whether or not you run EOS by the book. The EOS Pure toggle sets how strictly the platform holds you to the model, and the tools underneath (meetings, priorities, metrics, projects, people) are useful to any leadership team that wants one place to run the business. And since there’s no contract, committing to Strety doesn’t mean committing to anything else.
What kind of support do we get?
Every Strety account includes real human support — no bots, no tiered support packages, no upsell to talk to a person. The team is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, through in-app chat or support@strety.com, with limited coverage outside those hours for urgent issues.
Can we get our data out if we leave?
Yes. Strety includes an organization-wide data export, so the work you build here stays yours. No hostage-taking, no support ticket required to leave.
Is Strety SOC 2 compliant?
Yes. Strety maintains a SOC 2 report and publishes a live Trust Center at security.strety.com, where you can see our security controls and request our SOC 2 report, DPA, and bridge letter. More than 75 controls are monitored continuously across infrastructure, product, organizational, and data privacy — including data encryption, restricted encryption key access, enforced unique account authentication, regular penetration testing, tested disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity insurance.
How do we get your security documentation?
Everything lives at security.strety.com. Our SOC 2 report, engagement letters, bridge letter, and DPA are available there on request, alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The control list updates continuously, so what you see is our security posture right now — not a PDF from last year.
Does Strety support SSO?
Yes. Strety supports single sign-on through both Microsoft and Google, including automatic user provisioning and deprovisioning through your identity provider, plus two-factor authentication and granular permissions that keep sensitive spaces — like HR and person data — visible only to the people you choose.
How does the Microsoft Teams integration work?
Strety’s Microsoft Teams integration works several ways:
- Strety runs as an app inside Microsoft Teams, in addition to your browser.
- You can create Issues, To Dos, and Headlines in Strety directly from a Teams chat.
- You can manage your Strety users from Microsoft, including single sign-on.
- You can sync Strety To Dos and Rocks with Microsoft To Do and Planner — two-way, so nothing slips through the cracks.
We ♥️ Microsoft and use Teams ourselves, so these integrations keep getting better. Check out our full integration library.
