Terms of Use

Last updated: June 23, 2026

Welcome and thank you for your interest in Strety Holdings, Inc. Your use of our products or services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account at our discretion.

We may modify these Terms at any time. In the event of material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify users as appropriate.

Definitions

“Company”, “Strety”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in any of our policies or terms, refers to Strety Holdings, Inc.

“Customer Content” means content that you transmit by or through the Services.

“Services” refers to our websites, including Strety.com, and any product created and maintained by Strety Holdings, Inc., whether delivered within a web browser, desktop application, mobile application, or another format.

Finally, “you” or “your” refers to the people or organizations that own an account with one or more of our Services.

Account Terms

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and for ensuring that any of your users do the same. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. We recommend all users set up two-factor authentication for added security. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is offered by the Company solely for accounts authenticated using a username and password. For accounts accessed through third-party authentication providers, including Microsoft or Google, you are responsible for enabling and managing any applicable 2FA settings through such providers.
  2. You are responsible for all Customer Content posted to and activity that occurs under your account, including content posted by and activity of any users, agents, or bots in your account.

Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes

  1. If you are using a free version of one of our Services, it is really free: we do not ask you for your credit card or sell your data.
  2. For paid Services that offer a free trial, we explain the length of trial when you sign up. After the trial period, your account will be locked if no valid payment method has been provided. Locked trial accounts will remain inaccessible for sixty (60) days following the trial expiration date. During the locked period, Customer Content remains intact and the account may be reactivated by adding a valid payment method. If a valid payment method is not added within this period, the account will be automatically canceled. Customer Content will be deleted from Strety’s active systems within seven (7) days following cancellation. Residual copies contained in encrypted backup systems may remain for up to ninety (90) days before automatic deletion. If you are upgrading from a free plan to a paid plan, we will charge your card immediately and your billing cycle starts on the day of upgrade. For other upgrades or downgrades in plan level, the new rate starts from the next billing cycle. Pricing information can be found at https://strety.com/pricing/
  3. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. Where required, we will collect those taxes on behalf of the taxing authority and remit those taxes to taxing authorities. Otherwise, you are responsible for payment of all taxes, levies, or duties.

Cancellation and Termination

  1. An account is cancelled when (a) you cancel the account; (b) the account is past due for twenty-eight (28) days; or (c) a free trial account remains expired for sixty (60) days following the trial expiration date.
  2. If you wish to cancel your account, you are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. If you purchased your Subscription directly from Strety, you may cancel your Subscription by logging into and going to the “Billing” page and pressing “Cancel.” If you do not wish your Account to renew automatically, or if you want to change or terminate your Subscription, you must log in and go to the “Billing” page and press “Cancel.”
  3. Subscription cancellations are processed immediately. Customer Content is deleted from Strety’s active systems within seven (7) days following the cancellation. Residual copies contained in encrypted backup systems may remain for up to ninety (90) days before automatic deletion. You will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the fee paid for the then-current Subscription period.
  4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our Services for any reason at any time. Suspension means you and any other users on your account will not be able to access the account or any content in the account. Termination will result in the deletion of your account or your access to your account, and the deletion of all content in your account. Subject to applicable law, we also reserve the right to refuse the use of the Services to anyone for any reason at any time.
  5. You may not access or use the Services for the purpose of monitoring the availability, performance, or functionality of the Services, or for any other benchmarking or competitive analysis purposes, including building or improving a competing product or service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we reasonably determine that you are using the Services for such prohibited purposes.
  6. Inappropriate conduct (e.g., verbal abuse or harassment; copyright infringement) will result in immediate account termination.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

  1. Strety intends to support its Services for as long as it is reasonably and technically feasible, including maintaining appropriate security, privacy, and customer support for legacy features. However, we may from time to time modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services or the support—whether due to technical limitations, product improvements, or business decisions.  To the extent practicable, we will provide notice for removal of parts of service, however we have no intention of removing major functionality of the service.
  2. Sometimes we change the pricing structure for our products. If we do so, we will give at least 30 days’ notice and will notify you via the email address on record. We may also post a notice about changes on our websites or the affected Services themselves.  If, in any particular case, Strety “grandfathers” the price for existing Customers, this is not a guaranty that Strety will always grandfather the price for existing Customers.  Note: As of June, 2026, we have never raised prices on existing customers.

Uptime, Security, and Privacy

  1. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we do not provide service-level agreements. That said, Strety strives to maintain reliable uptime and performance.
  2. We reserve the right to temporarily limit or suspend your account if your usage materially exceeds that of typical customers and adversely impacts the Services. Where practicable, we will provide advance notice and work with you to address the issue before taking action, except in urgent situations.
  3. We take certain measures to protect and secure your data through backups, redundancies, and encryption. Strety implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data, including the use of encryption in transit and secure backup and redundancy practices. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Strety is SOC 2 Type 1 certified and maintains a comprehensive Trust Center that addresses standard security, privacy, infrastructure, and compliance requirements.
  4. You agree that Strety may process your data in accordance with our  Privacy Policy. Our staff may access your data for the following reasons:
    • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, internal analytics, and product development. Where practicable, we use aggregated or de-identified data for these purposes.
    • To help you with support requests you make. Where appropriate, we may notify you or obtain your authorization before accessing your account.
    • On the rare occasions when an error occurs that interrupts an automated process. We receive automated alerts when such errors occur and will resolve issues without accessing personal data whenever possible. In limited cases, we may access the minimum amount of data necessary to diagnose and fix the issue.
    • To safeguard Strety and the Services. We review logs, metadata, and system activity to maintain security, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and ensure the integrity of the Services. If necessary, we may access accounts as part of an investigation.
    • To comply with applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to enforce our Terms. We will limit any access or disclosure to the minimum extent necessary.
  1. Strety uses third-party vendors and service providers to support the operation of the Services. Some of these third-party vendors and service providers process personal data on Strety’s behalf in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. A list of these third-party vendors and service providers is available in our trust center.

The Services may also enable you to integrate with or access third-party products, services, or websites that are not owned or controlled by Strety (“Third-Party Services”). Your use of Third-Party Services is governed solely by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties, and Strety is not responsible for their practices.

  1. To the extent applicable, Strety acts as a “service provider” (or equivalent role) under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We process personal data solely to provide the Services and as otherwise described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for unrelated commercial purposes without your authorization. You agree to comply with applicable data protection laws in your use of the Services.
  2. Where Strety processes personal data of individuals in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, or other jurisdictions with applicable data protection laws, Strety does so in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements, including the GDPR where applicable. Strety processes personal data only for specified business and operational purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy and applies reasonable safeguards designed to protect such data, including when transferred to or processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where Strety or its service providers operate. If you require a Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) for procurement or compliance purposes, please contact our Support team or visit our Trust Center.

AI Features

  1. Strety offers AI-powered features that help generate agenda items, summaries, recommendations, suggested actions, Scorecards, Rocks, Measurables, and other outputs within the Service. Account administrators can disable AI features for the organization. These features are intended to assist your team, not replace human judgment or decision-making.
  2. AI features may use Customer Content that you and your users have access to within Strety in order to generate relevant suggestions and outputs. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not appropriate for your particular circumstances, and you are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any outputs.
  3. Strety does not provide AI systems with unrestricted access to your workspace or Customer Content. AI systems receive only the prompts, context, and Customer Content necessary to generate requested outputs, and only from information the requesting user is authorized to access. We do not use Customer Content to train shared or generalized AI models across customers without your consent.
  1. Strety uses third-party providers to support the AI functionalities in the application. A list of AI third-party providers is available on our trust center’s subprocessor page. Your use of AI-powered features is subject to these Terms as well as the applicable terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers. We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue AI features at any time. Additional information regarding Strety’s AI practices and security controls is available in the Strety AI Agenda Item Suggestions and Strety Trust Center AI FAQ.
  1. The AI Assistant Notetaker transcribes your meetings. You are responsible for ensuring all participants are aware the meeting is being transcribed and that you have obtained any consent required by applicable law. For more information on the inner workings and security of data, please visit our help doc on the Notetaker.

AI Controls

  1. AI features are optional and controlled by account owners and administrators, who may enable or disable them entirely from Adminland. Turning them off does not affect any other part of Strety.
  2. Certain AI features allow users to control what Customer Content or context is included when generating outputs.
  3. When you use an AI feature, you are choosing to send relevant Customer Content to generate that output.

API and Integrations

  1. Strety may provide APIs, webhooks, integrations, or other tools that allow you or third-party services to access or interact with the Service. APIs and integrations may be provided in beta, limited, or evolving form and may change or be discontinued at any time.
  2. You are responsible for your use of the API and for any third-party applications or services that access Strety on your behalf. We are not responsible for any issues, losses, damages, or unauthorized access resulting from third-party integrations, external systems, or data transmitted through them.
  3. You may not use the API, or allow it to be used, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, create security or operational risks, abuse or overload Strety, monitor or surveil users other than for time tracking purposes, or build or evaluate a competing product or service.
  4. We may limit, throttle, suspend, or terminate API or integration access if we reasonably believe usage is excessive, abusive, creates security or operational risks, or violates these Terms. Where practicable, we will attempt to provide notice before taking action, but we may act immediately if necessary to protect the Service, our customers, or third parties.
  5. Strety may support integrations with third-party services for convenience only. We do not control or endorse third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, functionality, security, data practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is governed solely by their own terms and policies.

Copyright and Content Ownership

  1. As between you and Strety, you own all Customer Content. You are responsible for your Customer Content and for having the rights to use and submit any content into Strety and for how your organization uses that content. If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Service in a way that constitutes intellectual property rights infringement, please contact Strety Holdings, Inc, Attn: Copyright Agent, security@strety.com.
  2. You give us a limited right to host, store, process, and use your Customer Content as needed to provide and operate Strety. This includes features like summaries, insights, and recommendations.
  3. For information on how Customer Content is used in AI-powered features, see AI Features above.
  4. When your account ends, your Customer Content remains yours. We retain it only for a limited period for recovery, export, legal, or operational purposes and then delete it in line with our retention practices.
  5. We do not pre-screen Customer Content, but we may refuse, remove, or disable access to any content if it is unlawful, creates a security or operational risk, or interferes with the normal operation of Strety.
  6. Strety and its licensors own the Service, including all software, design, and content provided by Strety. You receive no ownership rights in the Service itself. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service, or use Strety’s branding or logos without our written permission, which we may withdraw at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All claims and disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delware, and you and Strety consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Strety agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general proceeding. The parties waive any right to participate in a class action or seek relief on a class-wide basis.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strety and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or business interruption, or costs of substitute goods or services, arising out of or related to the Service, this Agreement, or interactions with other users or third parties, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages; this includes, without limitation, claims arising from use or inability to use the Service, unauthorized access to or alteration of data, statements or conduct of third parties, or any content or services obtained through the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strety’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to Strety in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct. You acknowledge that these limitations are a fundamental part of the agreement between you and Strety.
