How to get started with the Strety + HubSpot integration

It’ll only take you a few moments to add the Strety HubSpot Tasks integration — four easy steps that will save screen (and mental) space.

Step 1:
Go to Integrations under profile

Go to your Strety profile (the icon with your pic or initial) and click on Integrations.

Select HubSpot

Select HubSpot from the list of integrations.

Create your synced To Dos!

Start working in sync! Choose the HubSpot integration when you create your first linked To Do in Strety — and the linked Task will land exactly where you need it in HubSpot.

Frequently asked questions about Strety’s HubSpot Integration

Once the HubSpot integration is configured by your Strety admin and you create a new To Do, you’ll see the HubSpot logo at the bottom of your To Do. That confirms the integration is active and ready to sync tasks between the two platforms.
HubSpot is an organization-wide integration in Strety. It needs to be set up by a Strety admin in Adminland using your HubSpot Portal ID and access token before individual team members can link their To Dos to HubSpot tasks.

Yes. The HubSpot integration is part of Strety’s integration ecosystem and available at no additional cost. You’ll just need an active HubSpot account and the appropriate admin access to connect it.

Yes. Once the HubSpot integration is set up in Strety, you can select it as your personal default. Every new To Do assigned to you will automatically link to HubSpot — saving clicks on every task.

The two-way sync covers due dates and completion status. If you change a task’s due date or mark it complete in either Strety or HubSpot, the linked item updates automatically in the other platform.
Strety syncs with HubSpot every 30 minutes automatically. You can also trigger a manual sync directly from any linked To Do if you need an update faster.
Yes. Once a task is marked complete in HubSpot, the linked To Do will close in Strety on the next sync, thanks to the two-way connection.

Yes. Strety supports multiple To Do integrations, including HubSpot, Wealthbox, Asana, ClickUp, Microsoft To Do, Microsoft Planner, Monday.com, Google Tasks, Todoist, and several PSAs. When creating a new To Do, you choose which integration to link it to.

A Strety admin must configure the HubSpot integration in Adminland before team members can use it. The admin will need a HubSpot Portal ID and access token with the appropriate permissions. Strety provides setup documentation in the help center.
