Creating Strety’s official Partner Program was my first Rock when I joined the Strety team a few months ago, and I’m happy to say — Rock completed!
When I joined Strety as Partner Manager, my first lift was to connect with EOS Implementers specifically towards feedback — really trying to narrow in on what it is that they like, dislike, need differently, what would be a game changer for them, and how can we get those things in motion. You’ve already seen EOS Implementer feedback in action in our features that have become more “EOS pure” and I also gathered feedback on how partnerships should work.
What I discovered through those conversations shaped everything about how we’ve formalized our partner program.
Why Strety Created a Dedicated Partner Manager Role
Prior to me coming in, the care for implementers was still at a forefront. Strety co-founders Larry and Brian put a good amount of their time towards connecting with the community — especially after Strety became an officially licensed software for EOS. They knew it was such an important thing that they couldn’t just hand it off to anybody.
Hiring me from EOS Worldwide speaks to their dedication to supporting EOS implementers. They knew that I have that passion behind it and am coming in with the frame of: how do we make this better? How do we make sure that Strety is a win in all regards, not just for the day-to-day users, but for the Implementers?
Our Core Philosophy for Strety’s Partner Program: Keep It Simple
20% Revenue Share – Unchanged Since Day One
From the beginning, we’ve always had the 20% revenue share, and that hasn’t changed and will not change. We always wanted it to be clear and simple. You sign up, you send a referral in, that referral becomes the client, you’re going to see that 20% no matter what.
All Implementers Are Valued Equally
All implementers and their clients are created equally. We didn’t give anybody more or less depending on their level of certification, because we think all EOS Implementers are valuable.
What EOS Implementers Actually Need from Their Partners
Real-Time Responsiveness
My first learning was having it truly proven to me how much the Strety team cares about implementer feedback.
One example from my first couple weeks at Strety: an Implementer was in the middle of a Quarterly, asking for a feature that was going to make her meeting smoother for her. She wanted it to be easier to “archive all Rocks” while in the session instead of doing each one manually. Our team rolled that feature out before the end of the day — that same day.
Human Support, Not Complicated Systems
The other thing I saw is how important it is for us to make things easy for Implementers. EOS Implementers are busy and software isn’t your job. You need to know that it’s easy to get in touch with the right person at Strety, and that your clients are in great hands.
That’s why we offer real, true human being support within the app for any software needs, and the option to connect anybody directly to me. When you need help, we want it to be as easy as possible for you to get it.
Clear, Simple Tools
We’ve taken a ton of feedback on the Coaches Portal since it launched, and are still constantly improving it to align better with what Implementers actually need. We want it to be easy for you to go in, know exactly how to refer clients, and help your clients get set up if that’s part of your process. Everything is directly laid out right in front of you.
Consistency, Clarity, and Consideration
Finally, we knew for sure when creating our partner program that EOS Implementers deserve a partner who values their expertise, is consistent, and doesn’t pull the rug out from any agreements. We want to make it easy for you to know what to expect from your partnership with Strety.
With that in mind, we’ve decided that our partner program’s three uniques are:

The New Three-Level Partner Program
First, you should know that nothing’s changing for any current partners — once we make an agreement, we stick to it. Our new program is only to build up and do even better for partners as we help each others’ businesses grow.
Level One (1-5 referrals)
- Same reliable 20% revenue share we’ve always offered
- Easy portal access and straightforward referral payments
- No qualification requirements — you refer one client, and you will receive that revenue share for the lifetime of that customer
Level Two (6-10 referrals)
- 25% revenue share for referrals beyond your first 5
- Sponsorship and comarketing opportunities
Level Three (11+ referrals)
- Level Two benefits +
- Get connected with self-implementing teams looking to expand their EOS knowledge (70% of Strety customers are self-implementers)
*Should you choose, you can donate your revenue share to charity or route it toward your client’s Strety payment to give them a commensurate discount.
Why We’re Adding Lead-Sharing Benefits
A lot of the benefits in our partner program are things we’ve already been doing — revenue sharing, sponsoring events (like the Great Boss Workshop and the Data Workshops), as well as EOS Implementer-organized conferences and events like We Run on EOS APAC and the EOS European Conference.
Lead-sharing is new, so I wanted to explain our thoughts behind this.
One of the first questions I asked when I got started at Strety was: how many of Strety’s customers are currently self-implementers, and what can we do to get these self-implementers connected and working with an implementer? Because we all know that the best way to run on EOS is with an implementer.
Once you get to Level Three of our partner program, we’ll know that you’re familiar enough with Strety to represent our brand well when we connect you with our customers, and you’ll know how much we value your partnership!
Real Results We’re Seeing
I’ve seen implementers go from “not interested, not looking for another software option” to “100% I’m ready to go in and move all of my clients onto Strety versus the other platforms we’ve been using.”
It’s hard to even explain how amazing it feels to have that conversation. We’ve had over 100 Implementers bring at least one of their clients onto Strety, and we’re excited to partner with many more.
