How the Strety Google Tasks Integration Works

Create To Dos in Strety and they’ll automatically appear in your Google Tasks — and vice versa. It’s the two-way sync magic.

You create one Task in Google, it appears as a To Do in Strety — and vice versa. It takes one click.

As soon as you change your task due date, it will automatically be updated on both platforms, no matter if you do it in Strety or Google.

How to get started with the Strety + Google Tasks integration

Get your work aligned on both Strety and Google Tasks by adding the integration in just four steps — and start enjoying the two-way sync.

Step 1:
Click on Integrations under profile

Go to your Strety profile (the icon with your pic or initial at the top right), and click on Integrations.

Step 2:
Choose Google Tasks

Choose Google Tasks from the list.

Step 3:
Select account

Select your Google account and accept the terms and conditions.

Step 4:
Start working in sync!

All set — create your first To Do in Strety linked to Google Tasks! You have the option to link it to new tasks or existing tasks in Google from the bottom of your Strety To Do.

Frequently asked questions about Strety’s Google Tasks Integration

After adding the integration, create a To Do in Strety. You will see the icon of Google Tasks at the bottom, which indicates that the integration went through successfully.

Yes. Google Tasks is part of Strety’s integration ecosystem and available to all users at no additional cost. You’ll just need an active Google account to set up the integration.

No. Strety’s Google Tasks integration belongs to your personal space, therefore you can use it even if it’s not run company-wide. Set it up whenever you’re ready.

Yes. You can have Google Tasks as a default integration in your Strety personal space. This will allow for any new To Do assigned to you in Strety to automatically appear in Google Tasks.

Yes. When closing a linked task in Google, it will automatically be marked as done in Strety with the two-way sync.

The updates that are in sync are changes to due dates and completed tasks. These will be reflected in the linked Strety To Dos — and vice versa.

Yes. It’s possible to use more than one To Do integration in Strety. Strety supports Google Tasks, ClickUp, Asana, Microsoft To Do, Microsoft Planner, Monday.com, HubSpot, Todoist, and several PSAs. You install multiple integrations and choose which one you want to work with when creating new To Dos.
